What you are buying
One subscription gives the whole household access to TaskHamster Privat: tasks, points, rewards, shared goals, the wardrobe and messages, for all profiles in the household. You pay for the household, not per person.
Price and period
49 NOK per month. The first month is free. After the trial period the subscription renews automatically every month at the same price until you cancel.
The price is shown in the app before you confirm the purchase, and may vary somewhat between countries.
Free trial month
The trial period applies once per Google or Apple account. If you have had a trial period before, the subscription starts with payment from day one. The store decides whether you are eligible.
If you cancel during the trial month, you will not be charged.
Payment and renewal
The purchase is made through Google Play or the App Store, and the store charges the payment method you have registered there. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. The store charges you for the next period within 24 hours before renewal.
We never see your card details.
Cancel
You cancel in the store, not in the app:
- Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → TaskHamster Privat.
- iPhone/iPad: Settings → “your name” → Subscriptions → TaskHamster Privat.
The cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The household keeps access until then. Deleting the app does not end the subscription.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by the store according to its rules. Contact Google Play or Apple about purchases you believe are wrong.
If the subscription is not renewed
If a payment fails, the store gives you a period to fix the payment method. During that period the household keeps access. If the subscription is not renewed, the household is locked until the subscription is started again; when you open the app, you are sent to a page to renew. No data is deleted.
If you start the subscription again, everything is as you left it.
Price changes
If we change the price, you will be notified in advance through the store, and the change applies only from the next renewal after the notice. You can cancel before it takes effect.
Changes
We update these terms when the apps change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
