What you are buying
A subscription gives the whole business access to TaskHamster Bedrift: tasks, points, rewards and statistics, with as many users and tasks as you need. You pay for the business and for each department, not per person.
Price and period
990 NOK per month, plus 350 NOK per month for each department. The first month is free, and there is no commitment. After the trial period the subscription renews automatically every month at the same price until you cancel.
The price is shown in the app before the purchase is confirmed, and may vary somewhat between countries. If you add a department, the monthly price increases by the department price from the next period. If you have many departments or need customisations, you can contact us for a tailored agreement.
Free trial month
The trial period applies once per Google or Apple account. If the account has had a trial period before, the subscription starts with payment from day one. The store decides whether you are eligible.
If you cancel during the trial month, you will not be charged.
Payment and renewal
The purchase is made through Google Play or the App Store, and the store charges the payment method registered there. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. The store charges you for the next period within 24 hours before renewal.
We never see your card details.
Cancel
You cancel in the store, not in the app:
- Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → TaskHamster Bedrift.
- iPhone/iPad: Settings → “your name” → Subscriptions → TaskHamster Bedrift.
The cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The business keeps access until then. Deleting the app does not end the subscription.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by the store according to its rules. Contact Google Play or Apple about purchases you believe are wrong.
If the subscription is not renewed
If a payment fails, the store gives you a period to fix the payment method. During that period the business keeps access. If the subscription is not renewed, the business is locked until the subscription is started again; when you open the app, you are sent to a page to renew. No data is deleted.
If you start the subscription again, everything is as you left it.
Price changes
If we change the price, you will be notified in advance through the store, and the change applies only from the next renewal after the notice. You can cancel before it takes effect.
Changes
We update these terms when the apps change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
